Limited Lifetime Warranty

Saint's Woodworking LLC (herein referred to as “SW”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“Buyer”) that all handcrafted wood products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the Buyer owns the Product*. 

Required Care Instructions

To maintain coverage under this warranty, the Buyer must strictly adhere to the following maintenance protocols:

• Cleaning Method: Clean the Product using only a lightly dampened cloth that does not drip after being thoroughly wrung out.

• Drying: The piece must be dried immediately with a soft, dry cloth after wiping (a clean microfiber cloth is ideal).

• Environment: Products are not engineered or intended to withstand extreme temperatures or prolonged moisture. 

Any cleaning, maintenance, or environmental exposure outside of these specified methods will immediately void this warranty.

What is Covered

• Structural Integrity: Separation of joints, delamination of components, or severe warping that renders the Product unusable.

• Hardware: Defects in factory-installed mechanical hardware, including drawer glides and hinges.

• Craftsmanship: Errors in factory assembly or factory-applied finishes that result in premature peeling or cracking.

What is Excluded

• Natural Characteristics: Naturally occurring variations in wood color, grain pattern, mineral streaks, and knots.

• Environmental Movement: Minor expansion, contraction, or hairline splitting caused by normal changes in seasonal temperature and humidity.

• Wear and Tear: Dents, scratches, scuffs, fading, or color changes caused by direct sunlight, normal use, or aging.

• Moisture Damage: Damage resulting from standing water, localized flooding, excessive humidity, spills, or leaks.

• Improper Care: Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, oils, polish, wood cleaners, neglect, or failure to follow the required care instructions.

• Alterations: Any Product that has been modified, altered, repaired, or refinished by anyone other than SW.

Remedy and Limitations

If a defect arises, SW will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective Product or provide a replacement part. This warranty covers only the product or component itself.

Saint's Woodworking LLC is not responsible for:

• Labor costs for removal or installation.

• Shipping or transportation costs to return the Product. This includes returning the product to make repairs. 

• Incidental or consequential damages.

How to File a Claim

To initiate a claim, the Buyer must send an email to saintswoodworkingtn@gmail.com.

You must provide:

1. Original proof of purchase. If the item is sold, there may be a written bill of sale signed by both parties to transfer the warranty.

2. Digital photographs showing the defect in detail.

3. A brief description of the issue and the surrounding environmental conditions.
